Counterfeit money is making the rounds in Stephenville and a $100 fake bill was also passed at a Corner Brook Restaurant last week. Bay St. George RCMP have received reports from local residents and businesses. These counterfeit bills have been used to make purchases through Facebook Marketplace, and at local businesses.
