The head of Vine Place in Corner Brook believes a new youth hub coming next year will bring a lot of services to a vulnerable population of young people aged 12-29. Choices for Youth is partnering to establish a network of nine youth focused hubs with the first one opening at Vine Place Community Centre. Executive Director Mike Kearley says “at Vine Place, they’ve always believed in the power of community to change lives.” He says this will create a safe, welcoming space where youth in Corner Brook and surrounding communities can find the support they need. He speaks with Lenny Benoit
