On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit yesterday, Mayor Jim Parsons says it’s in an area near the end of Mt. Bernard and the gas station and the hope is to have everything done next month. The Mayor says it's of great value from the city’s perspective.

Three arrested after Corner Brook stop results in seizure of cocaine and other drugs
Three men were arrested by RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation (JFO) West after a traffic stop near Corner Brook on August 6, 2025 resulted in the seizure of cocaine and illicit prescription medications. They have each been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.
