Government is working on approving wind-hydrogen projects as nine proponents have advanced to the next phase of approval. Phase 2 is expected to be completed by the end of next month. Industry Minister Andrew Parsons says there is a team working around the clock trying to get this done as fast as possible. He says they expect to see more projects come forward. The Minister says some projects could see construction start this year but that is basically up to the proponents. He says 2024 will be a very busy year.
