A third-year Bachelor of Fine Arts student at Grenfell Campus has won the Human Rights Award Art prize. Grace Prince will receive a scholarship and her work will be presented to the winner of the NL Human Rights Award during a ceremony on Thursday afternoon. Her artistic practice focuses on her perception of people and landscapes utilizing colour, composition and individuals. Prince’s work was recently included in an exhibition at the Tina Dolter Gallery and the Rooms. She looks forward to continuing her work in creative spaces and completing additional education once she graduates.
