The holidays can be overwhelming for people suffering from depression. Quinn Jesso is with the Community Mental Health Initiative in Corner Brook. She says adults forget what it was like to be a child and enjoy the season. Quinn says everyone grew up with the joy of waiting for Santa, putting out snacks for Santa and the reindeer, and making snowmen but we need to do this when we get older. Jesso says no one needs to be alone and it’s important to breathe and take the next step to get the help you need.
