Tip of a possible impaired driver

    The RNC pulled him over around 2 p.m. on Tuesday after getting a tip of a possible impaired driver at a convenience store on First Avenue.

    A 73-year-old man has been charged after refusing the breathalyzer at a traffic stop in Pasadena. The RNC pulled him over around 2 p.m. on Tuesday after getting a tip of a possible impaired driver at a convenience store on First Avenue. Police located the driver, who is facing a charge of refusing to comply with a demand. His vehicle was impounded, license was suspended, and he is due to appear in court at a later date.
