Today is International Women’s Day. It serves a reminder of incredible strides made towards gender equality, while recognizing there is still work to do. This year’s National theme is “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.” Paula Sheppard is the executive director of the Corner Brook Status of Women Council.
