It's spring, but it's also pothole season

    Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons says the city does not pay for damage done by a pothole, especially if they are unaware they exist.

    Spring has arrived and with that comes potholes. Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons joined Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit and says with the good weather, crews have been out working on potholes a little earlier. He says the city is also looking at getting a new reclaimer. Parsons says the city does not pay for damage done by a pothole, especially if they are unaware they exist. Potholes can be reported 24 hours a day by calling 637-1666.
