    MUN pilot project will see more internationally trained engineering students get license in NL

    The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University will receive almost $600,000 for the three-year project.

    Jobs, Immigration and Growth Minister Gerry Byrne has announced funding for a pilot project designed to help internationally trained engineers get a license in this province. The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University will receive almost $600,000 for the three-year project. Over 85 per cent of graduate-level engineering students at MUN are international students and represent a key focus of this project.
