Industry Minister Andrew Parsons says ocean technology is growing in this province and the rest of the world is noticing.
A 2-day immersive experience of this province’s ocean industry wrapped up on Friday and included delegates from the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, the United States and other parts of Canada. The event was hosted with OceansAdvance and took place in St. John’s and Holyrood. Industry Minister Andrew Parsons says ocean technology is growing in this province and the rest of the world is noticing. He says we have the right people to do the job. Delegates were treated to tours of the National Research Council facilities, C-Core, The Launch and Marine Institute.
