Police presence in Woody Point ends peacefully with no risk to the public

    It happened on Water Street and Deer Lake RCMP asked residents to avoid the area at the time.

    A police presence in Woody Point yesterday ended last night around 8 p.m. It happened on Water Street and Deer Lake RCMP asked residents to avoid the area at the time but say there was no risk to public safety.
