Qalipu First Nations helps members through their Emergency Housing Support Program

    Travis Hulan is the Housing Manager with QFN, which has a housing team in place. He says housing is a complex topic and the team developed a housing plan 2 years ago.

    Affordable and available housing is an issue right across the country, but the Qalipu First Nations are working on getting help for members. Travis Hulan is the Housing Manager with QFN, which has a housing team in place. He says housing is a complex topic and the team developed a housing plan 2 years ago. Hulan says not having enough affordable housing almost always comes down to funding. Through their Emergency Housing Support Program, Hulan says funding is available for those in desperate need. Hulan was speaking on Qalipu today with Lenny Benoit.
