Industry, Energy and Technology Minister Andrew Parsons says innovation is growing here and it’s a huge opportunity.
This is TechNL’s Innovation Week 2023 and this year marks the 10th year of the event. The week brings together the business community, youth, and public and private partners for a series of events aimed to raise awareness, create connections, showcase startup entrepreneurship and create a foundation for a strong tech sector ecosystem within the province. Industry, Energy and Technology Minister Andrew Parsons says innovation is growing here and it’s a huge opportunity. He says there are some big players in the province. Parsons says the chair of TechNL, Jacqueline Lee, has a company called Polyunity and they do 3d printing of health care products. The Minister is also keeping his eye on a Pasadena company, Swiftsure, who is combining technology with health care to create a novel product.
