Over 60 people have registered for a session at the Glynmill Inn today talking about Women in Agriculture. Terry Lynn Robbins owns Robbins Family Farm in Deer Lake. Robbins and a group of people are travelling throughout the province. She says women in agriculture means so much more than just being the Farmer’s wife, such as business owners, researchers, retail stores, and more. Robbins says the ultimate goal of this venture is to form a group for women in agriculture such as the NL federation of Agriculture. The group was in St. John’s and Gander this week.
